Who's covered and when coverage starts
- Coverage starts on the date your chair is first shipped to you.
- The warranty covers the original end user owner and can't be transferred.
- Whale Spa will repair or replace the defective part, at its option, and may use refurbished parts.
- Whale Spa decides, in its reasonable discretion, whether a defect in material or workmanship exists.
- Register your pedicure chair with Whale Spa and you can choose an extra 3 months of warranty or a $25 Whale Spa gift card.
Keeping your coverage
- Have your chair installed by a licensed professional, following Whale Spa's installation instructions. Whale Spa's owner's manual calls for a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician.
- Use cleaning and sanitizing products as directed on Whale Spa's labels. Repeated use of concentrated chlorine or other chemicals voids the warranty.
How to get warranty service
Email us at info@mywellnesswiz.com with your order number, the model and serial number, and photos or a short video of the problem. We'll file the claim with Whale Spa and keep you updated until it's resolved.

What the warranty doesn't cover
- Normal wear and tear, including wear items such as magnet jet heads
- Misuse, neglect, or accidental or intentional damage
- Alterations or modifications
- Labor and other costs to investigate, remove or reinstall parts
- Damage from accidents, fire, wind, floods, acts of nature or attempted theft
- Work by any fabricator or installer other than Whale Spa
- Staining, fading or discoloration, including of the upholstery, armrests and footrests
- Problems caused by improper installation, including installation that doesn't meet plumbing, electrical and building codes
- Freight damage, or damage that happens while the chair is in the possession of anyone other than Whale Spa
Other Whale Spa products
- Head spa shampoo bed (Elysia): Whale Spa lists a 1 year warranty, covering product components and workmanship.
- Stools, customer chairs, manicure tables, nail dryers, trolleys and reception desks: Whale Spa doesn't publish a set warranty period for these. If one arrives damaged or has a defect, email us and we'll work it out with Whale Spa.
- Spa packages: the pedicure chair in a package carries the 2 year limited warranty above, and the rest of the package follows the line above.
Damage during delivery
Whale Spa's warranty doesn't cover freight damage, so check your delivery before you sign for it. Count every pallet and box, check each one for damage, and note anything missing or damaged on the delivery receipt before signing. Then take photos and contact us right away.
