My Wellness Wiz Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental U.S.
Transit times typically range from 3–7 days via UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers. Larger items requiring freight delivery may take up to 10+ days, and we'll notify you by email if this applies to your order.
For orders outside the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or international locations, please contact us for a shipping quote at info@mywellnesswiz.com
Order Processing & Tracking
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email indicating we've pre-authorized your credit card and are checking item availability with our suppliers.
- If items are unavailable or backordered, we'll void the pre-authorization and notify you.
- If items are in stock, we'll process the charge and ship your order.
- Some items are custom built upon ordering, and will experience a longer lead time. If that is the case, we will contact you via email.
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (often same-day if ordered before 1 PM EST). Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of shipment to your checkout email address.

Freight Delivery Information
Curbside Delivery: Free LTL freight deliveries are curbside only. For apartment or condominium residents, you'll need to arrange to bring packages inside.
Delivery Scheduling: For LTL freight orders, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Quick response is essential to avoid:
- Storage fees (may apply after 2 business days without response)
- Order cancellation (if unreachable for 7 days, minus any carrier fees)
White Glove Delivery Option: While standard shipping is free, you can select White Glove Delivery at checkout for an additional fee. This service includes:
- Delivery to a room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs)
- Removal of packaging materials
- Product setup and installation

Damage Policy
Inspect your delivery before signing. If you notice damage:
- Do not sign for the package
- Contact us immediately for a no-cost replacement
If damage is discovered after signing, email clear photos to info@mywellnesswiz.com for a replacement.
Damage Claim Deadlines:
- LTL Freight shipments: within 2 business days
- Small parcel shipments: within 7 days
