Shipping & Support
Pedicure chairs are assembled and packed in the USA. Please allow two to three weeks for in-stock orders to ship. Pre-orders and certain models may require six to eight weeks of production time. All orders are processed first come, first served — contact us if you need priority fulfillment.
Delivery timing is managed by the freight carrier once your order leaves our facility. All shipments arrive curbside, so please arrange for help to bring boxes inside. Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect all pallets and boxes thoroughly and note any damage or missing items directly on the receipt.
